1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voicra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Voicra is an AI-powered content generation platform that trains on user-provided writing samples to generate content that matches the user's unique writing style. The Service is intended for content creators, newsletter writers, and YouTube channel operators.

3. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You agree not to use the Service to generate spam, misinformation, or content designed to deceive. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any aspect of the Service.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you provide as writing samples and all content generated by the Service using your voice profile. Voicra does not claim any ownership rights over your input samples or generated outputs. Your voice profile is private and is not shared with other users or used to train shared AI models.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Pricing is displayed in USD and is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your voice profiles and generated content will be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voicra is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
